Effective July 24, 2026. By downloading, accessing, or using Roshambo, you agree to these terms. Roshambo is a rock-paper-scissors game that may provide camera-based gesture recognition, multiplayer play, leaderboards, and optional Solana wallet features. You must use the app lawfully, meet the minimum age required in your country, and not cheat, disrupt the service, impersonate others, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use it to harm other users. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Roshambo for its intended purpose; all other rights remain with us and our licensors.

Camera processing occurs on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. Wallet connection is optional. You control your wallet, recovery credentials, and every transaction you approve; Roshambo never asks for or holds your seed phrase or private keys. Solana devnet activity, test tokens, scores, XP, and other in-app progress have no guaranteed monetary value. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, or affected by third-party wallets, networks, or services, and you are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approval.

Roshambo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of matches or scores, or compatibility with every device or third-party service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, wallet loss, or losses caused by third-party services or transactions you approve. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms by posting a revised effective date here. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the app. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
